About The House

Once a quiet birthing center in Greenville, Texas, Church Street Studio has found new life as a space for creativity, connection, and comfort. Over the years, it’s hosted remote workers, national podcasters, family stays, birthday parties, and more.

In 2024, we opened our doors to overnight guests on Airbnb. And in 2025, we began offering flexible, micro-rental options — from recording sessions and day-use meetings to weekend events.

“I recently stayed in this BNB for an out of town trip & all I can say is that the stay was so golden & peaceful. The house is located in a nice small neighborhood, so there wasn’t any problems with outside noise nor was the BNB hard to find. The house gives the perfect get away vibes! Inside the house was very nice & it was prestocked with board games & other activities to keep little children or even adults occupied. I rate this experience an 11/10 & I would definitely rebook a stay here!”

We enjoyed music, watched movies, played games, had a fire, played basketball, road bikes, cooked, bbq, ping pong, darts and played frisbee! Probably some missed activities, but we tried to make the most of everything Johnny had to offer (which was allot) and made great memories.”
